Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply scan the QR code on your Place & Co reception display. The experience opens instantly in their phone browser.

Can we use our own hotel photography?
Absolutely. Your experience combines selected images of your hotel with destination photography curated by Place & Co. You choose the hotel images that best represent your property.

Can we change our photographs?
Yes. You'll be able to update your hotel gallery whenever you wish, so your experience can change with the seasons, new rooms or new experiences.

How much work is involved for our team?
Very little. Once your gallery is set up, guests use Place & Co independently. We host and maintain the experience; your team simply keeps the reception display visible.

What happens when we sign up?
We'll ask you for a few details about your hotel and your chosen photographs. We'll then create and test your experience and send your Place & Co reception display ready to use.

What happens after our complimentary 60 days?
If you'd like to continue, Place & Co is £49 per month. There's no long-term contract. If it isn't adding value for your guests, you can simply cancel.

Is each hotel experience unique?
Yes. Your QR code takes guests directly to an experience built around your hotel and destination. There are no menus to navigate or hotels to select — guests scan and they're straight in.
